My order showed up with the right parts, which is always a relief. I took a little time going through the box just to be sure, but everything matched what I needed and there weren’t any mix-ups...

The part ended up being on backorder, which I kind of figured might happen, but I didn’t get much info along the way. It did finally show up, so that was good, but I had to reach out myself to see what was going on.

The parts showed up okay, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, the box was beat up and there wasn’t much packing material inside, which made me a little nervous. Nothing was actually broken, luckily, so I guess the packaging did its job... but also it definitely could’ve been better.

The part seemed cheap from the start and ended up breaking after just one day of use. What made it more annoying was how unclear the communication was, so I wasn’t even sure what to expect or what my options were. Overall, really poor quality and a frustrating experience.

The prices were fair, which is mostly what I was looking for. I found what I needed without digging around forever, so that was nice. Shipping took a bit longer than I hoped, but then again, the price was good, so I’m not too bothered. I’d probably order from them again, just maybe not if I needed something super quickly.

I ordered a part and just had a simple question about the shipping, nothing complicated at all. I sent a message through their site and waited, but no one ever got back to me.

A few days later I tried emailing again, thinking maybe the first message got missed or something. Still nothing useful, and it started to feel like my order was just sitting there while I was being annoying for asking a basic question.

I get that places can be busyyy, but customer service should still respond to customers. After this experience, I really wouldn’t use getallparts.com again.

I had to reach out to getallparts.com because a part failed while it was still under warranty. They did reply and eventually got everything taken care of, but it took more emails than I thought it would and there was few days with no real update. Once the replacement showed up, it worked fine. Not a bad experience overall, I just wish the warranty process was little faster and more clear.

I ordered a part from getallparts.com because their fitment info clearly made it seem like it would work for my car. I ordered a part that was listed as "in stock," but later I was told it actually wasn’t available. That was frustrating since I needed it quickly. They did refund me, which I appreciated, but the website inventory really needs to be more accurate.

I found the right part for my truck really fast. The vehicle lookup literally saved me from ordering the wrong one, which I definitely would’ve done otherwise

I accidentally ordered the wrong part, so I had to reach out for a refund. To be fair, once it got approved, the money showed back up faster than I thought it would, which I definitely appreciated.
The only thing is, getting to that point took a bit of back and forth with support, and the process wasn’t as clear as it could’ve been. Still, it wasn’t a terrible experience overall, the refund speed was solid, so I’m giving it 3 stars.

I was able to find the part quickly, which was nice. Shipping wasn’t anything special and took about what I expected, so I wouldn’t call it amazing, but it got here and the part worked out
